Prosecco is known above all as a spumante or sparkling wine, but the grapes selected by the Giardino vineyard are very well suited for achieving a "still" white wine of notable character. It is a classic "Spring" Prosecco - fresh, gentle, delicately fragrant and reminiscent of sour apples. An ideal wine for light vegetable and fruit-based meals. Ideal with fish and as an aperitif, it is also pleasant to sip between meals. To be drunk at 10° - 12°C and appreciated when young.
