The vineyards of Adami or perfectly suited for the growing of the indigenous Prosecco grapes, being south facing and with shallow calcareous soils. Meticulous vineyard work and sophisticated winemaking go hand in hand at Adami, guaranteeing wines that are among the best of Valdobbiadene.  

Vinification

All Prosecco grapes are handpicked before gentle pressing the clusters. Only the free-run juice is fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a constant temperature of 18-20 degrees Celcius.  Unlike Champagne, bottle-fermentation doesn't take place in order to maintain the primary aromas of the grape.  

Tasting Note

Pale straw in the glass the Bosco di Gica offers crisp apples and stone fruit on the nose following through on a restrained, creamy, powerful and perfectly balanced palate.
