Black Bean Doen Jang (Bean Paste) (500g)
Jang means fermented with salt and is used to describe all fermented sauces and pastes. Doen Jang is the Korean equivalent of miso paste. Made from the by-product of soy sauce. It is a fermented soy bean and salt paste (Korean soy sauce is not made with wheat). Made entirely without preservatives and fermented slowly in Korean earthen pots. Use to add umami to marinades, sauces and dressings.
