Cavatelli (500g)

Short rolls of pasta, approximately 2 cm long. A traditional shape of the Puglia region in Italy’s south. Traditionally tossed with rocket and topped with a rich tomato sugo and pecorino. This will also work well with fish. The Cavatelli requires a longer cooking time because the pasta is denser than others.
