Orecchiette (small ears) Semola Plain (500g)

Literally “little ears”, orecchiette are small cups or bowls of pasta. Traditionally served with a long-cooked broccoli sauce with chilli, garlic and anchovy and grated pecorino. Because the pasta is denser than others, it requires a longer cooking time.
