Pepus Razor Mussels (115g)

Espinaler is a family owned Spanish food company established in 1896. They wanted to bring traditional Spanish foods that are eaten with an aperitif to the rest of the world. So, in 2003 they introduced the Pepus range. It consists of a selection of Spain’s best preserved seafood, presented in cases with beautiful photography that helps other cultures appreciate the wonderful quality seafood they have to offer.

Pepus mussels are cultivated on the best platforms and are selected by size. They are then fried in olive oil and prepared in mild pickle.
