Made using traditional methods, free range chicken livers are marinated in port for a sweet punch and then blended with roasted vegetables, bacon and thyme followed by plenty of butter to give a silky, smooth finish. Topped and sealed with a Swan Valley port jelly glaze, and freshly ground peppercorns for a surprising hit of heat.
