Made using traditional methods, free range chicken livers are marinated in port for a sweet punch and then blended with roasted vegetables, bacon and fresh thyme followed by plenty of butter to give a silky, smooth finish and topped with a Swan Valley port jelly glaze and extra fresh thyme.

Great for a change to your charcuterie board with cheese, olives and fermented vegetables. A superb addition to any picnic spread or lunch platter. Perfectly matched with Poach Pear onion jam, artisan toasts or fresh ciabatta loaf.
