FERRON Rice Flour (1kg)

Vialone Nano rice is finely ground to produce this flour with a delicate and almost sweet taste. It is very digestible and can be used on its own or mixed with other flour such as corn or wheat flour. It is gluten-free and does not rise. It is ideal for coeliacs.
