Suckling pigs are raised only on their mother’s milk with no medical intervention or multiliation. These pigs are slaughtered between the 21st and 28th day weighing an average of 4.5 to 8kg. Easy to prepare by placing the tin in a water bath to melt the fat and then transferring to an oven tray skin side up until golden brown for a delicious crispy skin and rich delicate meat.
