Vialone Nano SemiFino (Risotto) (1kg)

Ferron Vialone Nano semi-fino rice is oval-shaped and slightly dark or opaque. It is a thick and short grain with a delicately herbaceous yet clean flavour. It can absorb up to twice its own weight. This rice produces a risotto which binds to its condiment, without creating a gluggy mess. The starches on the exterior of the grain precipitate and create a creamy solution, even before the addition of any dairy products.
