An artisanal pasta similar to Spaghetti but with a larger diameter. This durum wheat pasta is seasoned with lemon oil, lemon powder and black pepper. It tastes great on its own with a medium-fruity olive oil and a handful of fresh, chopped parsley, but also with seafood such as shrimp, scallops and white fish, whether boiled or fried.
