Minor Figures Cold Brew Coffee

Cold brew coffee is real coffee brewed slowly in cold water and drunk cold. Because of the gentler brewing method (without heat or pressure) you end up with less acidity and bitterness so the coffee tastes naturally sweeter and is super refreshing.

Until now, it has only been available in a few specialty cafes where they brew the coffee on site. But its now much easier to get your hands on with Minor Figures new tetra packs.

Minor Figures gently brew their in-season coffee for 18 hours, then triple filter it to produce a balanced, complex and refreshing coffee. This delicious coffee won the ‘Most Innovative Product’ award at the 2015 London Coffee Festival.

Unlike regular iced coffee it contains no coffee powder, additives or artificial ingredients. Its available in straight black or with organic milk.
