Chicken & Tarragon Rillettes Av 1.8kg

Made with chicken Maryland, mustard and tarragon from our garden. The chicken meat has been slowly cooked with its skin (confit) for several hours which gives it delicate flavour and bring moisture to the product.

This delicious spread goes particularly well with crusty bread topped with pickles.

This product must be refrigerated and its shelf life will be for a minimum of four weeks, refer to packaging for further use by date information.
