Grown in the cool rainforests of Tasmania, Native Pepper Leaf is gathered by hand from the native Pepper Berry tree. This wild, natural, spicy leaf, has a unique native Australian bushland flavour. Indigenous Australians used it for medicinal purposes, cooking and preserving foods.

Use to flavour sauces, marinades, chutneys, dips, dukkah or to season roast meat and vegetables.
