Kytren Curd (1kg)

The Vinnecombe family began making their Kytren cheese in Gidgegannup in 1996. Their herd of Sannen goats are milked twice a day and the resultant cheeses have received many awards around Australia.

The curd is a very versatile, soft spreadable cheese which can be used in souffles, pizzas, tarts, sauces, salads and sweet dishes. Its light, tangy flavour and creamy texture balance well with other richer flavours.
