Rustichella Orzo (500g)
Unlike industrially produced pasta which is dired at high temperatures, Rustichella d’Abruzzo pasta is air dried for 40 to 60 hours, resulting in a superior texture and flavour.
Orzo is shaped like pearls of barley or large grains of rice. It is used all over Italy and is usually served in soups or as a side dish. It also makes a lovely, light pasta salad.
