La Boqueria Sobrasada Fresca (2pc / approx 2kg)

Traditional Mallorcan style salami made from Matanza pork, sweet hard fats and pimenton. Full in flavour, it is used for stuffing, as an accompaniment to fried eggs, or on toast as a canape.  It can also be used as a rich base for sauces.
