Vilux White Balsamic (5L)
Sweet and far more delicate than it’s brown sibling, white balsamic vinegar is a perfect substitute for lighter coloured dishes.
It is made from white Trebbiano grapes and cooked at a high pressure to prevent caramelisation allowing for a golden colour and gentler flavour while still keeping the slight notes of caramel. It is usually only aged for one year keeping the colour and flavour light and freshly acidic.
White balsamic pairs well with grilled vegetables, salami, Caprese salads and other lighter meals.
