Wild Mother Apple Cider Vinegar Organic (500ml)
Made with minimal intervention, un-filtered and un-pasteurised Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is a full flavoured and delicious vinegar, made with no colours, flavours or other additives.
It is made with certified organic apples grown within a few kilometres of our production facility in the Huon Valley, in Southern Tasmania.
The process of making vinegar starts with fermentation of the pressed fruit. Once fully fermented the cider (or wine) is fermented again with our own naturally crafted vinegar mother as part of the process to create vinegar.
