Yamaki Yozo Hon Dashi Powder (100g)

You’ve probably seen Hon Dashi in a Japanese supermarket, but this is far superior to any instant Dashi product in the market. For those who don’t have the time or labour skillset to make Dashi, this is a life saver. Katsuobushi (smoked and dried Skipjack Tuna), Niboshi (dried sardines) and Konbu (dried kelp) are finely ground and seasoned with salt, so all you have to do is add it to hot water to make a flavourful Dashi.
