Fourme D’Ambert is considered one of France’s oldest cheeses. Using penicillum roqueforti,
this blue cheese has an abundant mould distribution but is mild in flavour. It is extremely
dense with a velvety creamy texture. It is always made in the distinctive cylinder shape.
