Elixir Raw Honey tastes so good because it is not heat treated. Instead it is gravity filtered and hand packed into glass jars. Each jar contains honey from a single site — it is not blended. Being raw honey, it is sometimes runny and sometimes set. The variety of honey will be stated on the lid of the jar.
