Red Yuzu Kosho (200g)

Only three ingredients – Yuzu peel, sea salt and red chilli peppers this hot condiment is fantastic to put on chicken/red meat/pork/fish as a marinade (mix with a little soy sauce), sashimi, noodles, soups, stir fry, add to sauces, mayo, oyster dressings.  Brilliant on chicken wings. 

Adds a great aroma as well as a clean spicy lift to food.
